Ashika Global Securities has completed the acquisition of the remaining 80.1527% equity shares in Ashika Capital (ACL) for Rs. 39.32 Cr in cash. This follows its existing 19.8473% stake, making ACL a wholly-owned subsidiary. ACL, a SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker, offers diverse financial services, including issue management, corporate restructuring, and advisory services. This strategic investment enhances Ashika Global Securities' presence in the finance industry and broadens its service portfolio. ACL reported a turnover of Rs. 21.861 Cr.
