V Marc India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 01-07-2026: Record Date

V-Marc India (VMARCIND) has set July 03, 2026, as the Record Date for its upcoming bonus share issue. Shareholders holding V-Marc shares on this date will be eligible for bonus shares in a 5:1 ratio.
