Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 01-07-2026: Record Date

BHEL has set Friday, July 17, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 1.40 per share (70%). The dividend, if approved at the 62nd Annual General Meeting on August 5, 2026, will be paid by September 3, 2026.
