The Board has approved a Final Dividend proposal of Rs. 200 per equity share (2000%) for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for this dividend is August 5, 2026. Shareholders will vote on the dividend at the AGM, and if approved, payment will be made by September 10, 2026. The dividend will be taxable, and tax will be deducted at source.
