The Grob Tea Company Limited — Board Meeting, 01-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Grob Tea Company's board has approved acquiring Bazaloni Group for Rs 72.16 Cr. Bazaloni, a tea business with Rs 52.78 Cr turnover and Rs 6.88 Cr profit, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary, expanding Grob Tea's presence in the tea industry. Completion is expected by July 31, 2026.
