Optiemus Infracom's wholly-owned subsidiary, Optiemus Electronics, announced a leadership change. Mr. Gururaj resigned as MD due to health reasons. Mr. Neetesh Gupta, from the Promoter Group and an existing director, is appointed as the new Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval, ensuring operational continuity and strengthening manufacturing capabilities.
