    S H Kelkar & Co. significantly reduced Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions and energy/water intensity. The Vashivali plant achieved Zero Liquid Discharge. R&D in ESG tech increased, with no fines or safety incidents. Noted a positive shift in rural job creation. Customer complaints rose but were resolved.
