Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of ARSS Damoh Hirapur Tolls Private Limited (Subsidiary of the Company) in its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, July 1, 2026 has appointed Mr. Avisek Agarwalla as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the subsidiary Company with effect from July 1, 2026.
