    Windlas Biotech's 25th AGM will adopt FY26 results and a Rs. 6.30/share final dividend. Shareholders will also vote on re-appointing MD Hitesh Windlass and Director Prachi Jain Windlass, and appointing Dr. Tarashree Singhal as an Independent Director. Cost auditor's Rs. 60,000 remuneration is for approval.
