    Info Edge's subsidiary, SIHL, transferred its 26.14% stake in Shopkirana to TIPL, receiving USD 32.97 million worth of TIPL preference shares. Shopkirana is no longer an associate. SIHL also invested USD 1.72 million for additional TIPL preference shares, consolidating its focus on TIPL.
