Kaka Industries Ltd — Important, 02-07-2026: Company Update

Kaka Industries has commissioned its 7.5 MW captive solar power plant in Kheda District, Gujarat, which became operational in mid-June. This plant, with an estimated useful life of 25 years, is set to significantly reduce electricity costs for its manufacturing operations. The company expects monthly power cost savings of approximately ₹0.45 Cr, translating to an annualised benefit of around ₹5.4 Cr. These savings will directly boost the company's EBITDA starting from 1st July 2026, enhancing operating margins and providing long-term cost efficiency by insulating against grid tariff volatility.
