Khadim India's board approved issuing 10.68 lakh convertible warrants at ₹110 each, raising up to ₹11.75 Cr via preferential issue. An EGM will be held on August 1, 2026, for shareholder approval of warrants and director appointments: Prof. Surabhi Banerjee (continuation) & Mr. Sekhar Bhattacharjee (new Independent Director).
