Khadim India's Board approved issuing 10.68 lakh convertible warrants at ₹110 each, totaling ₹11.75 Cr, via a preferential issue. Shareholder approval will be sought at an EGM on August 1. The Board also approved the continuation of an Independent Director and the appointment of a new Independent Director.
