    Talbros Automotive formed a JV with Lohum Cleantech (Lohum Talbros CarbonTech) to trade, manufacture, and refine recovered Carbon Black and devulcanized rubber. Talbros holds a 49% stake with 0.01 Cr initial capital. This combines Lohum's tech with Talbros's market access for a new business.
