IndusInd Bank's promoters restructured 1.13 Cr pledged shares for refinancing existing indebtedness. While IIHL released a pledge, IndusInd Ltd. created an equivalent pledge. Total promoter pledged shares remain constant at 6.45% (valued at ~4,021 Cr, against ~3,060 Cr loan).
