Transrail Lighting (TRL) delivered a stellar FY26 with record-high revenue of ₹6,880 Cr, up 30% YoY. EBITDA grew 21% to ₹820 Cr, and PAT jumped 28% to ₹421 Cr. Power T&D remains the core driver, supported by a strong domestic & international presence across 63 countries.

Financially strong: Net Debt significantly reduced by 30% YoY to ₹274 Cr, with Operating Cash Flow more than doubling to ₹816 Cr. A 100% dividend (₹2/share) was declared. Management highlights sustained growth driven by a healthy order pipeline and focus on margin-led projects, eyeing strong long-term visibility from India's planned ₹9.15 lakh Cr transmission investments.
