Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited — Board Meeting, 03-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Schneider Electric Infrastructure's board approved increased capex for its Kolkata facility. Investment for MV Vacuum Interrupters capacity rose from INR 138 Cr to INR 184 Cr, aiming for 250k units/year by Q1 FY29. Another capex for a Mechanism Assembly Line also increased to INR 107.2 Cr to support future growth.
