Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited has incorporated ABOR Projects LLP, a joint venture with A B Composites Private Limited. ORIL holds a 49% stake, while A B Composites holds 51%. This new LLP will undertake turnkey projects for railway coach refurbishment and other allied activities in the railway sector. This strategic investment aims to strengthen ORIL's presence, diversify business opportunities, and support long-term revenue growth. ORIL's initial capital contribution for its 49% interest is 0.049 Cr.
