Sikozy Realtors has completed its share capital reduction. After receiving NCLT approval, the Registrar of Companies officially registered the order and issued a certificate. The company's paid-up equity share capital has been reduced by 90%, decreasing from approximately ₹4.46 Cr to ₹0.45 Cr. This approximately ₹4.01 Cr reduction will be used to offset accumulated losses, aiming to strengthen the balance sheet and rationalize the capital structure for improved financial health.
