Sagar Cements Limited — Credit Ratings, 03-07-2026: Credit Rating

India Ratings (Ind-Ra) downgraded Sagar Cements' long-term bank loan facilities to 'IND BBB' from 'IND BBB+' and short-term to 'IND A3+' from 'IND A2'. The outlook is now Stable, up from Negative. This impacts INR 770.96 Cr of existing facilities and assigns the same rating to INR 193.04 Cr of new facilities.
