Srestha Finvest Limited announces board changes: Mr. Mayurdwajsinh Sahadevsinh Rana and Mr. Sahadevsinh Babubha Rana have resigned as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors due to personal and other professional commitments. Consequently, Mr. Mayurdwajsinh Sahadevsinh Rana is no longer on key committees. Following a review by its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved appointing Mr. Dipesh Jaswantlal Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shah, experienced in finance and advisory, will also join the reconstituted Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, strengthening the company's governance.
