National Standard (India) Limited's Board has approved significant changes to its directorate. Mr. Vikas Jain, a Chartered Accountant with over 19 years in credit and mortgages, joins as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director from July 6. Mr. Sanjay Bahad, bringing over three decades of civil engineering and project management experience, is appointed as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director for a five-year term, also effective July 6. These appointments were made acting on the suggestion of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Mr. Bhushan Shah will step down as an Independent Director on July 5 after completing his second term. These adjustments aim to refresh and strengthen the company's leadership.
