Elpro International has boosted its investment in Greaves Cotton Limited by acquiring an additional 3,47,585 equity shares. This cash transaction, costing INR 7.85 Cr, increases Elpro's total holding to 8,09,160 shares in Greaves Cotton. The acquisition is purely for investment purposes, strengthening Elpro's portfolio with a stake in Greaves Cotton, a 165-year-old diversified engineering firm known for engines and mobility solutions. Greaves Cotton reported a total turnover of 3,486.61 Cr in FY26.
