Eco Hotels and Resorts has successfully completed the Third & Final call for its partly paid-up Rights Equity Shares, collecting Rs. 3.80 per share. This payment boosts the paid-up value of 94.06 lakh shares from Rs. 7.50 to Rs. 10.00, making them fully paid-up. The company received an aggregate of Rs. 3.57 Cr from shareholders for this call. The Rights Issue Committee has now approved the conversion of these shares to fully paid-up capital.
