Sikozy Realtors has finalized a share capital reduction, confirmed by the NCLT and registered by the RoC. The company's paid-up equity capital has decreased from 4.4583 Cr (4,45,83,000 shares) to 0.44583 Cr (4,458,300 shares). This was achieved by cancelling 4.01247 Cr equity shares, precisely to offset 4.01247 Cr of accumulated losses. The overall accumulated losses stood at 6.0374113 Cr. This capital restructuring aims to clean up the balance sheet, providing a clearer financial picture for investors.
