    VBL Kenya, a VBL subsidiary, acquires Devyani Food Industries (Kenya)'s dairy, juice, and water business for USD 32 Million (INR 305 Cr). This move deepens VBL's Kenya and East Africa presence, leveraging new infrastructure and distribution. VBL Kenya also plans to launch carbonated soft drinks.
