Puravankara has completed the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Purva Ruby Properties. The transaction fetched around ₹145 Cr. Purva Ruby contributed 1.06% to Puravankara's turnover. The buyer is Prishal Office Parks III Pvt Ltd, backed by ICICI Prudential.
