Modi Naturals Ltd — Important, 06-07-2026: Company Update

Modi Naturals Limited's board met to finalize key audit appointments and its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company will hold its 52nd AGM on July 31st, 2026. The board approved the appointment of M/s B. Chhawchharia & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five years, and M/s VMSS & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. M/s Manisha & Associates was re-appointed as Cost Auditors. Following a resignation, M/s. A.K. Verma & Co. was also appointed as Secretarial Auditor for the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Modi Biotech Private Limited, enhancing audit oversight.
