M/s VMSS & Associates became Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27, while M/s Manisha & Associates were re-appointed as Cost Auditors, pending shareholder remuneration ratification. M/s Deepak Bansal & Associates resigned as Secretarial Auditor, leading to the appointment of M/s. A.K. Verma & Co. for five years, also subject to shareholder approval. This firm will additionally serve as Secretarial Auditor for wholly-owned subsidiary Modi Biotech Private Limited.
