Modi Naturals Ltd — Important, 06-07-2026: Company Update

Modi Naturals' Board has finalized key appointments and an upcoming AGM. The 52nd Annual General Meeting will be held on July 31, 2026, via video conferencing. The Board approved M/s B. Chhawchharia & Co. as new Statutory Auditors for five years, M/s VMSS & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27, and re-appointed M/s Manisha & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. M/s Deepak Bansal & Associates resigned as Secretarial Auditor; M/s. A.K. Verma & Co. was appointed for five years. This firm will also serve as Secretarial Auditor for the Modi Biotech Private Limited subsidiary.
