The company's board has approved key auditor changes and set the 52nd Annual General Meeting for July 31. M/s B. Chhawchharia & Co. is appointed as Statutory Auditors for five years, and M/s VMSS & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. M/s Manisha & Associates is re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27. Following a resignation, M/s. A.K. Verma & Co. will serve as Secretarial Auditors for the company for five years, and also for its subsidiary, Modi Biotech Private Limited, for FY 2026-27. Several appointments require shareholder approval.
