Sasken's FY26 revenue surged 102.1% to ₹1,113 Cr, net profit hit ₹58.65 Cr. Growth stemmed from Borqs acquisition, expanding into device manufacturing. A ₹8.31 Cr exceptional charge from new Labour Codes impacted profits. The Board has proposed a ₹13/share final dividend.
