The company's board has undergone significant changes. Mr. Vikas Agarwal resigned as a director, and Mr. Maheshkumar Joshi ceased his independent directorship after completing his term. Mr. Ramakant Bhojnagarwala, previously MD, is now the Chairman. The board has also appointed Mr. Aalay Mehta and Mr. Hardik Shah as new Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval.
