Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform you that Mr. Anish Goel has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Key Managerial Personnel ("KMP") of the Company, owing to his decision to pursue another professional opportunity. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, has duly considered and accepted his resignation, which shall be effective from the close of business hours on July 31, 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Anish Goel will cease to hold the aforesaid positions with effect from the close of business hours on July 31, 2026.
