Embassy Developments has approved raising an additional INR 1,170 Cr via private placement of unlisted, secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). This boosts their total NCD fundraising to INR 1,570 Cr. Funds are earmarked for debt refinancing, project development, and working capital needs.
