Smartworks has completed the acquisition of 100% of WorkStudio Spaces Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based flexible workspace provider. The deal, valued at 2.47 Million SGD, significantly expands Smartworks' international footprint. This strategic move more than doubles its presence in Singapore, growing its portfolio to four centers totaling approximately 76,000 sq. ft. The acquisition enhances market reach, strengthens its ability to serve enterprise clients, and supports Smartworks' long-term growth strategy in Asia.
