Kck Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 07-07-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

KCK Industries' board greenlit a Rs 50 Cr preferential share issue and the demerger of a land asset to its subsidiary for IT infrastructure development. The company also appointed a new Company Secretary and will convene an EGM to seek shareholder approval for the fundraising and a new independent director.
