The company's Board of Directors has approved a preferential issue of 5,00,000 equity convertible warrants to a promoter, priced at Rs. 479 per warrant. This initiative will raise Rs. 23.95 crore for the company. The warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months. This approval, along with the appointment of M/s Bilimoria Mehta & Co. as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term, is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting. The new auditor fills a casual vacancy.
