India Ratings (Fitch Group) upgraded Shilpa Medicare's bank loan facilities (₹110 Cr) to 'IND AA-/Stable/IND A1+'. Its subsidiary, Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences, also saw its existing ₹300 Cr bank facilities upgraded and new ₹75 Cr facilities assigned the same 'IND AA-/Stable/IND A1+' rating, reflecting improved creditworthiness.
