India Ratings (Ind-Ra) has downgraded Kuantum Papers' long-term bank loan facilities worth INR 1070.51 Cr and fixed deposits worth INR 33 Cr to 'IND A-/Stable'. Its short-term bank facilities are now rated 'IND A2+'. Separately, INR 70.83 Cr in new bank loan facilities received an 'IND A-/Stable/IND A2+' rating.
