Teamlease Services Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 07-07-2026: Buyback

TeamLease Services has announced a share buyback of up to ₹238 Cr, targeting 14.87 lakh equity shares at ₹1,600 per share. This tender offer will run from July 09 to July 15. Promoters intend to participate by tendering 1.29 lakh shares. Post-buyback, promoter shareholding is expected to rise from 31.11% to 33.29%, while public float will decrease from 68.89% to 66.71%. The move aims to optimize shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency.
