Samsrita Labs' Board updated its meeting outcome, announcing two new Additional Directors: Mr. Ravi Kanth Naga Pattabhi Chopperla (Non-Executive & Professional) and Mr. Satyanarayana Murthy Varanasi (Independent). The board approved a capital reduction scheme to cancel 11.37 Cr equity shares of ₹10 each, aiming to realign capital and set off accumulated losses of up to ₹11.58 Cr. This move will improve the company's net worth and simplify its financial structure without changing existing shareholder percentages. Additionally, the company will expand its main business to include pet animal healthcare and wellness, and proposed related party transactions. An Annual General Meeting is also scheduled.
