ICRA Limited assigned RBL Bank an Issuer Rating of [ICRA]AAA (Stable), the highest possible. Basel III Tier II bonds and Fixed Deposits were also reaffirmed at [ICRA]AAA (Stable). Certificates of Deposit and Short-term Fixed Deposits were reaffirmed at [ICRA]A1+. This reflects strong parentage and significant ~Rs. 26,016 Cr capital infusion by Emirates NBD, enhancing RBL's capital and liquidity.
