Sonata Software has set July 17, 2026, as the Record Date. This is to identify shareholders eligible for the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26. The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 31, 2026. If shareholders approve the proposed dividend at the AGM, eligible investors will receive their payout.
