Shree Cement has set July 17, 2026, as the Record Date for shareholders to be eligible for the final dividend for FY2025-26. This dividend payout, contingent on approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on July 31, 2026, will be made on or after August 3, 2026. Separately, July 24, 2026, is the cut-off date to determine eligibility for e-voting at the AGM.
