This move is a pre-commitment for a tender application to manufacture Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers and establish EV public charging stations. The company plans to acquire a 51% stake in the proposed subsidiary with an initial investment of Rs. 51,000. These plans will proceed only if the tender is successfully awarded. This strategic step aims to boost the company's presence and impact in the growing EV charging segment.
