Midwest Energy Limited, alongside Midwest Limited and NFTDC, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PT Perusahaan Mineral Nasional (PERMINAS), Indonesia's state-owned strategic minerals enterprise. This MoU establishes a framework to evaluate collaboration across the entire rare earth value chain in Indonesia, from exploration and mining to processing, extraction, and specialized rare earth magnet production. This strategic partnership reinforces Midwest Energy's expansion in the rare earth sector, marking its first collaboration with a Southeast Asian state-owned entity and securing potential access to critical mineral resources.
