Samsrita Labs is undertaking a capital reduction scheme by cancelling 1.14 crore equity shares of ₹10 each on a pro-rata basis. This will reduce the company's paid-up equity capital from ₹22.75 crore to ₹11.37 crore. The objective is to set off ₹11.37 crore from accumulated losses and cancel the entire share premium, thereby improving net worth and presenting a clearer financial position. Existing shareholders' percentage holdings will remain unchanged, and promoters receive no special benefit. This restructuring aims to simplify the capital structure and enhance financial ratios.
