Suven Life Sciences issued 1.86 crore new equity shares from warrant conversions, raising Rs 248.84 Cr. Paid-up capital increased to Rs 28.26 Cr. Dr. Vajja Sambasiva Rao was re-appointed as Independent Director. A new Singapore subsidiary, Suven Neurosciences, will be formed with an initial investment of USD 10 crore for clinical development.
