    V Marc India Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-07-2026: Allotment of Securities

    V-MARC India allotted 12.21 Cr bonus shares (5:1 ratio, face value ₹10 each) to existing shareholders. This boosts paid-up capital from ₹24.42 Cr to ₹146.52 Cr. The board also approved increasing borrowing limits from ₹600 Cr to ₹800 Cr, subject to shareholder approval.
